Mark Eaton

Mark Eaton currently serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate & Construction at Empire Company Limited, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Mark Eaton spent over two decades at Recipe Unlimited Corporation, culminating in the role of Chief Development Officer from August 2001 to September 2023. Additionally, Mark Eaton's experience at Cara Operations includes leadership as Vice President of Real Estate + Franchising and as National Director of Real Estate, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing and developing new restaurant opportunities across Canada for multiple brands including Milestones, Swiss Chalet, Kelsey's, Montana's, and Harvey's. Mark Eaton began his career at Cara Operations as Director of Real Estate and holds a BCOMM in Management Economics from the University of Guelph, attained between 1993 and 1997.
