Eric Milano has over 17 years of experience in quality management across various industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Empire Die Casting since November 2010, Eric provides strategic leadership for the quality management system while facilitating ISO standards. Previously, as Director of Quality at HMI Industries Inc., Eric developed and implemented an ISO13485 quality management system for medical devices and conducted regulatory audits. In Eric's role as Quality Manager at Atlantic Tool & Die Co., oversight of quality assurance departments was provided, while at Excello Engineered Systems, Eric advanced from Senior Quality Engineer to Senior Program Manager, managing key client relationships and product development programs. Eric's educational background includes studies at Cuyahoga Community College and Kent State University.
