Guillermo Ramos

Guillermo Ramos is a seasoned music industry professional currently serving as Managing Director at EMPIRE since January 2025. Prior experience includes General Manager at Virgin Music UK, where strategic vision for growth and artist campaign oversight were key responsibilities. At Island Records, Guillermo held multiple marketing roles, including VP of Marketing, where focus was on artist brand development and audience engagement, and Marketing Director, overseeing international marketing strategies and budget management. Previous roles include Head of National Radio & TV Promotions at Anorak London, and owner of NIKA Club, a live music venue and record label. Guillermo holds a BA Hons and MA in Economics, as well as a PGCE in Middle School Maths from the University of Cambridge.
