Joel Jacobe

Joel Jacobe is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction and project management sectors. Currently serving as the Project Manager for Newport City Projects at Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. since February 2012, Joel oversees significant developments including Hotel Okura, Hilton Manila, Sheraton Manila, and Marriott West Wing. Prior to this role, Joel managed the Belle Grande Casino & Resort at Belle Corporation from April 2010 to January 2012 and worked as a Construction Project Manager at Jose Aliling & Associates / JACMI from August 2003 to March 2010. Joel holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from the University of Santo Tomas.
