Allan Chafin

Allan joined the Empire family in May 2014 and is responsible for managing the company’s information technology systems. He is passionate about learning as many different software packages and hardware applications as possible with a focus on data management.

Prior to joining Empire, Allan worked for Security Fire Protection, a fire sprinkler contractor with roles ranging from pipe fitter to IT Director to CFO. He later was a proprietor for a manufacturing company in that very same industry. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s of Business Administration, majoring in Economics & Information Systems.

Allan’s interests include: computers, computers, computers and hanging out with his son Samuel. He is also a licensed Rescue Scuba Diver, enjoys camping, rock climbing, and all water sports.
