Sam Natapoff

Sam Natapoff is the President of Empire Global Ventures LLC, providing strategic advisory and business development services. Previously, Sam served in various senior advisory and international development roles for the State of New York and other notable organizations such as New York University, European Central Bank, and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Sam holds a Ph.D in Political Science from The George Washington University and a BA/MA in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
