Brandon C. has extensive experience in operational leadership within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Regional Director of Operations and previously as Area Manager at Empire Hospitality since August 2015, where responsibilities include enhancing customer service standards and providing staff training and development. Brandon also held the role of Task Order Liaison, focusing on strategic business objectives and fostering effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Prior to this, Brandon served in the US Army from June 2006 to December 2013 as a Fire Support Specialist 13F, playing a critical role in combat operations by managing radio communications and speech security equipment.
