Judith Rosen Lipner, Esq. (Retired) is an accomplished legal and public health professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Housing Attorney at Empire Justice Center and Supervisor for the NYS Covid Tracing Initiative at PCG-Staffing Solutions LLC, Judith also holds positions as an Executive Board Member of the National Organization for Women and Team Supervisor for the NYS DOH Covid Contact Tracing Project. Judith operates a private legal practice focusing on advocacy for non-profits and abused persons while also managing campaigns and civic engagement as Campaign Manager & Finance Chair for Friends of Jillian Guthman. With a background in legal education as a former Professor of Legal Studies at Nassau Community College and a robust academic foundation including a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and advanced degrees from prominent institutions, Judith demonstrates a strong commitment to legal advocacy and community engagement.
