Dawn Chugg

Dawn Chugg has been a Field Sales Manager at Empire Merchants since October 2001, overseeing a team of six sales representatives focused on selling wine and liquor, along with handling reporting and masterful computer skills. Prior to this role, Dawn served as a sales representative, conducting direct sales calls to restaurants, bars, and liquor stores. From March 1992 to October 2001, Dawn worked as a Front Office Manager at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, where responsibilities included staff scheduling, managing room reservations, and implementing new hotel software, alongside delivering exceptional customer service. Dawn Chugg holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Genesee Community College, earned between 1991 and 1992.
