Previously, Erica held various leadership positions at E. & J. Gallo Winery from August 1996 to February 2018, including Director of Sales Planning and Brand Development Manager for the Eastern U.S. Erica's career also features roles such as Area Manager and Regional Manager, showcasing a strong background in sales and management. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in food marketing and agricultural economics from Cornell University and is a graduate of Reynoldsburg High School.
