Susan Blohm has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Susan started their career as a Management Trainee at the Bank of New York, where they completed a two-year training program. Susan then moved on to Philip Morris USA, where they held various positions, including Sales Analyst and Manager of the Sales Information Department. During their time at Philip Morris, they were responsible for the development and implementation of the Sales Force Automation program. Susan also managed catalog fulfillment, telemarketing, and sweepstakes programs for all PM USA brands. After leaving Philip Morris, Susan joined The North Highland Company as a Principal Consultant. Currently, they serve as the New York State Executive Director of Process and Integration at Empire Merchants, LLC.
Susan Blohm obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from Cornell University from 1984 to 1987. Prior to that, they attended the University of Richmond from 1982 to 1984. Susan then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration/Marketing from the New York Institute of Technology, completing it in 1992.
