As a Project Manager, Michael has developed 300+ production schedules for occupancy of corporate headquarters for all industries including law firms, financial agencies, doctor offices and media agencies and others. In this role, Michael manages overall project details and focuses on the requirements from both the client and architect’s perspectives. He assesses project requirements from Empire’s vantage point in terms of processes and staffing to establish and distribute furniture criteria to the client, architectural firm and Empire’s project team.
