Kevin Vann

Kevin Vann is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Helmerich & Payne since August 2024. Additionally, Vann holds the position of Vice President of Finance and Strategic Planning and Board Advisor at Empire Petroleum Corporation since November 2022, along with serving as a Board Member. Previously, Vann was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at WPX Energy from July 2021 to November 2022. Vann earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
