Josh Reeve has a diverse work experience in the security industry. Josh started their career as a Protection Member at the Australian Federal Police in 2004 and later worked as a Security Manager at Lasseters - centre of entertainment. In 2010, they joined JASP Protection as a Protection Officer.
In 2011, Josh worked as a CPP, Risk, Security, and Crisis Management Consultant at PINKERTON | Corporate Risk Management Services, where they handled high-risk witness protection operations, executive protection taskings, and corporate events for notable clients.
From 2016 to 2017, Josh served as the Security Manager at Melbourne & Olympic Parks, where they managed security operations for premier sports and entertainment venues.

Josh Reeve has a diverse education history. In 2005 and 2006, they attended the Australian Federal Police National Training Centre, where they focused on advanced incident first response. Continuing their training in law enforcement, they completed the Federal Police Development Program at the Australian Federal Police College from 2006 to 2007. In 2008, they pursued advanced public order management at the Australian Federal Police Operational Deployment Team.
Josh also delved into security risk management, earning a Cert IV in security risk management from ISTA in 2013. Josh further refined their expertise in this field by completing another Cert IV in security risk management from ISTA the same year. To expand their knowledge in personal protection, they obtained certifications in Cert II and Cert III Security Operations from the Complex Training Academy in 2014.
Showing a diverse range of interests, Josh ventured into personal development by attending Tony Robbins' "Unleash the Power Within" in 2008. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, they engaged in COVID-19 operational planning guidelines with the World Heath Organisation in 2020.
Josh has also obtained various certifications. Josh completed "White Card" construction site safety training online in 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "HEAT - Hostile Environment Awareness Training Level 1" from the Empire Institute in 2021, as well as "2021 Yearly Mandatory Training" from the same institution. Josh is also an ASIS member and an A.L.I.V.E. certified instructor for active shooter survival training.
