Geoff Magliocchetti

Geoff Magliocchetti is an experienced sports journalist currently serving as a Beat Writer and Columnist for Huskies Report, covering UConn Huskies basketball and other sports since December 2021. In addition, Magliocchetti reports on high school sports for NJ Advance Media and contributes to Jets X-Factor as a Contributor and Historian. Since February 2020, Magliocchetti has been a Beat Writer for Empire Sports Media, focusing on the NY Jets, NY Liberty, and other local college sports. Further contributions as a New York Liberty Beat Writer began in April 2019 with W-Insidr. Prior experience includes freelance journalism for The Jefferson Chronicle and roles at Elite Sports NY, NJ Sports Media, The Big Lead, and The Giant Insider. A graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Communication, Magliocchetti has been recognized multiple times for excellence in writing.
