Erik Terpstra

Erik Terpstra, CPA has held various roles throughout their work experience. Erik started their career at ParenteBeard LLC as a Staff Accountant from September 2011 to July 2013. Erik then joined BDO USA, LLP as an Assurance Senior from July 2013 to May 2018. Erik then moved on to Lincoln 1st Bank, where they served as the VP & Chief Financial Officer from May 2018 to October 2021. From January 2021 to August 2022, they held the position of Co-President & Chief Financial Officer at Lincoln 1st Bank. Currently, Erik is working at Empire State Bank as the SVP & Chief Financial Officer since June 2022.

Erik Terpstra, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Moravian University, completing their education from 2007 to 2011. In April 2018, they also received the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy.
