David Taylor

David Taylor has a strong background in operations and management. David was hired as the Director of Operations at Empire State Realty Trust in 2013 and is currently in that role. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Kew Management Corp. from 2009 to 2012. In this position, they reported directly to the president and CEO and oversaw the Director of Real Estate and Director of Property Management. Before that, David worked as the Vice President of Finance & Operations at Orda Management Corp. from 1988 to 2009. In this role, they reported to the Chairman and CEO and was responsible for the overall success of the company. During their tenure, they doubled revenues and profits and made significant financial gains for the ownership.
