James Hart

James Hart has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as Assistant Chief Engineer at Empire State Realty Trust since January 2018. Prior to this role, James Hart held positions as Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer at a financial institution from October 2013 to December 2017. James Hart's educational background includes completing the Chief Engineers class at the IOUE International Training and Conference Center in 2018 and studying Air Conditioning & Refrigeration at Local 30 Operating Engineers Trade School from 1994 to 1997, along with training at Local 94 Operating Engineers, receiving an SMA degree.
