Jean-Yves Ghazi

Jean-Yves Ghazi is an experienced leader in the tourism and entertainment sectors, currently serving as President of ESRT Observatory TRS, L.L.C. since July 2019. Additionally, Jean-Yves holds the position of Senior Vice President at Empire State Realty Trust since March 2008 and previously served as Director, leading sales, marketing, and operations for one of New York City's premier attractions with consistent record year-over-year sales growth. Prior experience includes serving as COO of the Miami-Dade County Fair, where Jean-Yves drove a record-breaking attendance of 700,000 visitors, and as Vice President at Spirit Cruises, where promotional advancements occurred throughout a 15-year tenure. Jean-Yves holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Travel & Tourism from Texas A&M University.
