Mike Paal

Mike Paal is an experienced construction manager currently employed at Parasol Structures since November 2023. Previously, Mike held the role of construction manager at QualTek from March 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing daily construction operations for T-Mobile site upgrades. Prior to that, Mike served as RF foreman and safety manager at JDR Technologies LLC from December 2011 to March 2019, leading a four-person crew and managing projects across various major carriers and build-out types.
