Caitlin A. Bell

Caitlin A. Bell serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Byte Biltong since December 2024, overseeing daily operations, product manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth planning for the family business. Prior to this role, Caitlin built extensive experience at Empire Today from June 2009, where responsibilities included positions such as Manager of National Warehouse Support, National Inventory Supervisor, and various project management roles across the Florida and Mid Atlantic regions, in addition to serving as Branch Sales Manager and Customer Service Specialist. Caitlin's career began at Career Solutions/LDOL as Youth Program/Membership Coordinator from November 2006 to December 2008. Educational background includes attendance at Dehesa Charter School from 2002 to 2005.
