Mac McIlvried possesses extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as SVP of Warehouse and Distribution at Empire Today since April 2018, Mac previously held multiple senior positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, including VP/GM of Field Operations for In-Home Services and VP of Supply Chain for Sears Home Services, where responsibilities included managing a $1B service business and overseeing a $400M supply chain. Additionally, Mac has a background in national sales, management consulting, and has held executive roles at Servicemaster / TruGreen and Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group. Mac's military background includes service as a Major in the USMC. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Administration of Justice with Business from Penn State University and attendance at St Johns Military Academy.
