Scott Bergfors is a seasoned professional in safety management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Risk Programs at Empire Today, LLC since May 2006, Scott has focused on promoting a culture of safety across 70 metropolitan areas in the United States. Prior to this role, Scott held positions at Home Depot, including District Safety Manager and Loss Prevention Manager, managing safety compliance and accident prevention across multiple stores. Scott's early career involved serving as a Loss Prevention Manager for Builders Square, Handy Andy, and Homebase, overseeing loss prevention professionals. Scott holds several certifications, including Lead Paint Renovator and Hazardous Materials Management, and has completed various safety training programs.
