Scott Woods

Scott Woods, known as Woody, serves as the Director of Sales Development at Empire Today since October 2022. Previously, Woody spent over 15 years at ADT, holding various leadership roles such as Senior Manager of Sales Readiness, where responsibilities included overseeing new hire onboarding for inside and field sales. Additionally, as Performance Improvement Manager, Woody acted as a nationwide sales trainer, conducting interactive workshops for sales representatives and managers. In the role of Manager of Sales Programs & Enablement, Scott was instrumental in launching ADT's inaugural virtual learning studios. Woody also held positions as Small Business District Manager and Small Business and Residential Security Specialist at ADT Fire & Security. Scott Woods holds educational credentials from Western Illinois University and North Central College.
