Joshua Peacock has extensive experience in the financial and marketing sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Marketing Representative at Empire West Title since July 2012, Joshua supports Realtors and Loan Officers in enhancing their businesses through effective marketing strategies. Prior roles include Sr. Loan Officer positions at Peoples Home Equity and American Home Mortgage, where Joshua specialized in originating FHA, VA, and Conventional loans. Additionally, as a Sr. Loan Officer at Waterfield Financial, Joshua managed builder accounts and originated loans for customers of Marlor Homes and Sequoia Homes. Joshua holds a BA in Speech Communications and TV & Radio Broadcasting from Colorado State University, complemented by foundational studies at Ponderosa High School.
