Jaime Olazava Arm, Arm-E

Jaime Olazava, ARM, ARM-E has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2010, Jaime started as a Tax Consultant at Liberty Tax, where they worked until 2012. They then joined Select Staffing as a Regional Risk & Safety Manager, focusing on risk assessment, controlling risk, workers comp, safety management, and developing safety plans and programs. In 2016, Jaime moved to Chartwell Staffing Solutions as a Regional Risk & Safety Manager, continuing their work in risk management and safety auditing. In 2017, they joined Lyneer Staffing Solutions as the Director of Safety & Risk Management. Their role involved overseeing safety and risk management and they worked there until 2019. Currently, Jaime is the VP of Risk Management & Executive Leader at Empire Workforce. Additionally, they have served as a Board Member at Children and Families, INC since 2018.
