Martin Ratchford

Martin Ratchford is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Frasers Property Limited since June 2018 and as the Non Executive Director and Chair of audit and risk at Empiric Student Property plc since September 2021, Martin has held various prominent roles, including Finance Director for Real Estate Funds and Hospitality sectors, as well as finance positions at Mount Anvil, British Land, Unite Students, COMMERCIAL ESTATES GROUP LIMITED, and The Brookhouse Group. Martin Ratchford holds a BA Hons in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Leeds, completed in 1998.
