Wesley Swanepoel

Wesley Swanepoel is an experienced Development Manager with a strong background in real estate development and project management. Currently employed at Empiric Student Property plc, Wesley leads national asset transformation initiatives, delivering over 100 new beds and achieving a 20% uplift in rental income. Previous experience includes managing complex regeneration projects for LCR Property, where the focus was on rail and transport interfacing sites in London and the Southeast. Earlier roles include heading the delivery of large-scale mixed-use developments at Amdec and gaining foundational experience in engineering during internships and vacation work. Wesley holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
