Royce Kratz is a seasoned professional in the meat industry, currently serving in the Center of Plate Sales and as Assistant Technical Services Manager at Beef Products, Inc. since April 2017. Previously, Royce held positions at BPI as Technical Services (Raw Material Supervisor) from March 2015 to April 2017, and at Smithfield Packing as Commercial Product Manager and Supervisor from January 2013 to February 2015, overseeing a significant daily revenue in pork products. Educationally, Royce holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from West Texas A&M University, where leadership roles included Crew Leader at the Beef Carcass Research Center and involvement with the Meat Lab and various judging teams. Additional experience includes meat science education in Trinidad and Tobago and a summer internship at Kiolbassa Provision Co.
