Jerrilynn Cech

JerriLynn Cech currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Empirical Consulting Solutions, a position held since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiting Program Manager at Consolidated Analytics from November 2020 to February 2022, and as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at AMC from May 2014 to June 2020. Earlier in the career, JerriLynn was a Paralegal and Office Manager at the Law Offices of Buting & Williams from 1992 to 1999, and at William A. Pangman & Associates from April 1986 to October 1992. JerriLynn holds an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Concordia University-Wisconsin, where studies were completed between 1984 and 1987.
