Ryan Herting

Ryan Herting is a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance and real estate. As the Founder of I Fund Cities, LLC since September 2018, Ryan has led efforts in alternative real estate lending, successfully originating over $1 billion in construction loans across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets. Previously, Ryan served as VP of Sales & Marketing at TenEx Technologies, LLC, where innovative EOR nanoparticle technology was introduced to the Oil & Gas industry. Ryan also held roles on the Young Executive Board at Dragonfly Forest and as a Financial Consultant at RubinGoldman and Associates. Ryan holds an MBA in Finance from Drexel University and a BAA in Marketing from Temple University.
