Rick Kramer

Rick Kramer is an experienced leader in sales and security technology with a career spanning several prominent companies. Currently serving as an Advisor at Empirical Security since May 2025, Rick previously held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Dragos, Inc. from February 2024 to June 2025. At Cisco from March 2022 to February 2024, Rick led a global security SaaS sales team of over 300 members, focusing on vulnerability management and zero trust initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Field Operations at Kenna Security from March 2018 to March 2022, where Rick was pivotal in developing the global channel business and EMEA operations, and Vice President of Channel Sales for the Americas at Tanium from March 2017 to March 2018. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Administration from Central Michigan University.
