Niv Carmi

Niv Carmi is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in product development, operations, and strategic consulting. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Empirical LLC since August 2020, Niv focuses on creating resilient development teams for clients. Additionally, Niv serves as a Talent Partner at Root System, a venture firm comprised of experienced startup professionals. Previously, Niv co-founded Acne Intelligence, a mobile app utilizing AI for acne treatment, and held the position of Chief Operations Officer at True North Brands, LLC, overseeing strategic investments in consumer goods. Niv's early career included significant roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, where consulting expertise was honed, and Microsoft, contributing to product management initiatives. Niv holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
