Isabelle Guimont

Isabelle Guimont has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in the healthcare and research industry. Isabelle is currently the Director of Program and Alliance Management at Empirico Inc., a position they have held since January 2023.

Prior to their current role, Isabelle worked as an Associate Director at Novartis Gene Therapies starting in November 2020. Before that, they were a Senior Manager in R&D Operations at AveXis, Inc. from January 2019 to November 2020.

Isabelle gained valuable research experience as a Lab Coordinator at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, where they worked from October 2009 to March 2018. Their career began as a Clinical Research Assistant at Sunnybrook Hospital, where they worked from May 2002 to December 2009.

From 2010 to 2014, Isabelle attended the UCSD Extension School, where they completed a certificate program in Fundraising and Development for Non-profit organization.

In 2008 and 2009, Isabelle studied at the eCornell Business School, where they obtained certificates in Business leadership skills, change management, and executive leadership.

From 2005 to 2007, Isabelle pursued an MSc degree in Biological Anthropology at the University of Toronto.

In the years 2001 to 2003, Isabelle attended the Glendon Campus of York University, also known as Campus Glendon de l'Université York, and earned a BA degree in Psychology.

Isabelle's educational journey began in 1997 and lasted until 1999 at the College Jean-de-Brebeuf, where they completed a DEC degree in Health Sciences.
