The primary goal of Empirisoft is to create powerful and user-friendly software and hardware solutions for conducting psychological research. It is also of supreme importance to us that our software and hardware solutions are accessible to researchers all over the world.

Software

MediaLab lets you conduct a range of psychological research never before possible. You have to experience MediaLab to believe it. It will let you conduct everything from basic surveys to the most complex interactive multimedia experiments. And no software is easier to program!

DirectRT--when milliseconds really matter, this extraordinary software provides you with the accuracy you need. DirectRT was designed specifically for experiments requiring high precision stimulus presentation and reaction times from a wide variety of input hardware.

Hardware

DirectIN high speed hardware devices are fast, durable, and most of all--easy to use. DirectIN devices work with virtually ALL software applications on both Windows and the Mac OS.

DirectIN v2008 Precision Keyboards and Button Boxes are the fastest, most user-friendly devices available for getting response data to the computer. These devices work with virtually ALL software applications because they appear to computers as regular USB keyboards. That means you can unpack them, plug them in and start using them with all your existing software and experiments (e.g., PST E-Prime, Inquisit, SuperLab, MEL, and of course, MediaLab and DirectRT).
