Bernie Dickinson

Bernie Dickinson is a seasoned engineering professional with over 30 years of experience in the telephony and data networking industry, primarily focused on customer solutions. Since July 2017, Bernie has served as a Senior Sales Engineer at Hammer, where the company partners with leading mobile, LTE, VoIP, and fixed line service providers to enhance service quality. Prior to this role, Bernie held the position of Senior System Engineer at Avaya from June 1997 to July 2017, demonstrating expertise in VoIP, SIP-based telephony, and complex solution architecture. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Corporate System Engineer at FORE Systems, a System Engineer at Livingston Enterprises, and a System Engineer at 3Com, where Bernie contributed to post-sales support and pre-sales engineering for a variety of networking products. Bernie began professional endeavors in academia at Northeastern University from 1986 to 1988 after earning a degree from the same institution in 1985.
