John Mordhorst

John Mordhorst is an experienced technical professional with a focus on network monitoring and engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Empirix since July 2012, John provides on-site support for VOIP network monitoring systems. Previously, John held positions as a Senior System Engineer at Amdocs, where support included the implementation of HSS/PCRF technology in LTE environments, and as a Technical Consultant at Agilent Technologies, responsible for monitoring VoIP protocols. Early career roles include System Engineer at Computer Science Corporation, providing systems support for the Air Force Space Command telecommunications network, and service in the United States Air Force from 1992 to 1999, focusing on communications infrastructure. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems Management from Colorado Christian University, attained between 1997 and 1999.
