John Noonan

John Noonan has extensive experience in sales engineering and solution architecture within the telecommunications industry, specializing in Enterprise Contact Center, VoIP, and SIP testing and monitoring solutions. Since August 2012, John has served as a Senior Sales Engineer at Hammer, focusing on pre-sales design and technical sales support for strategic accounts across North America. Prior to this role, John worked at Verizon Enterprise Solutions as a Solution Architect/Sales Engineer, leading complex VoIP and SIP trunking projects. John's career also includes positions at XO Communications as a Senior Product Manager and at AT&T, where John held various roles over 13 years, including Product and Quality Management. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton.
