Matthew DeGrace has a solid background in customer success and renewals, with experience working at Hammer and IBM. At Hammer, Matthew manages Global Contact Center SaaS subscriptions and software maintenance renewals. During their time at IBM, Matthew assisted clients with software renewals, identified new opportunities, and managed large accounts, primarily in the public sector and healthcare industry. Prior to their roles in customer success, Matthew was a leader at Blockbuster, where Matthew oversaw store operations, trained and developed sales associates, and facilitated orientations for new hires in a district of 13 stores in the GTA.
