Fritzlyn Hernandez

Fritzlyn Hernandez has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Strategist Lead at Emplifi since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Oracle as a CX Sales Manager from June 2021 to April 2022, and as a CX Sales/Accounts professional from September 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining Oracle, Fritzlyn held various positions at HTECH Corporation, where they worked as a Business Development Manager from November 2015 to July 2019, and as a Business Development Officer from February 2012 to October 2015.

Fritzlyn also gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive at Richville Hotel and Management, Inc. (Vivere Hotel) from May 2011 to November 2011.

Fritzlyn's early career includes their role as a Logistics Director, Sales and Marketing, and Multimedia Personnel at RippleStar Inc., where they were part of a team that focused on real-life business skills under the John Gokongwei School of Management Business Accelerator Program (JG-SOMBA) at the Ateneo de Manila University. Their time at RippleStar Inc. lasted from July 2010 to October 2011.

Fritzlyn Hernandez completed their Bachelor of Science in Communications Technology Management, with a minor in Enterprise Development, from Ateneo de Manila University between 2007 and 2011. In 2015, they participated in the Certified Digital Marketer Acceleration Program at the International Institute of Digital Marketing, specializing in Digital Marketing. Additionally, Hernandez studied Business Administration and Management, General at Providence University from 2009 to 2010.
