Katie Musselbrook

Katie Musselbrook has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In their current role at Emplifi, they serve as the Vice President of Global Customer Success. Prior to their current position, they held the role of Global Head of Customer Success at Convera.

Katie has extensive experience at Sitecore, where they held multiple roles. Katie started as an Office Manager and gradually progressed to positions such as Post-Sales & Office Manager, Customer Enablement Director, Global Customer Success Director, and VP of Global Sales Enablement. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects such as sales enablement, customer success, and training business management.

Before Sitecore, Katie worked at St. Patrick's as a Communications & Development Officer and Office Manager. Katie also briefly served as a PA & Secretary at St. Patrick's.

Katie Musselbrook obtained a BMus degree in Music from Royal Holloway, University of London, from 2004 to 2007. Later, in 2011 to 2012, they pursued a PG Diploma in Management at Birkbeck, University of London.
