David Gates

David Gates, MHA, is an experienced professional in data governance and emergency services, currently serving as an Enterprise Data Governance Consultant at Emplify Health since August 2025. Gates has a significant tenure as Captain and Training Officer at the Elgin MN Fire Department since January 2014.
