Janine Luz-Jensen

Janine Luz-Jensen is an experienced leader in talent acquisition, development, and learning, currently serving as Vice President at Emplify Health since November 2023. Prior to this role, Janine held multiple positions at Gundersen Health System from June 2010 to November 2023, including Vice President of Talent and Learning, Director of Organizational Development, and Director of Human Resource Operations. Janine's career began at Gundersen Lutheran Health System, where roles included Recruitment Manager and Learning and Development Consultant, and also included a lengthy tenure at First Federal Capital Bank as Training and Employee Relations Manager. Janine holds a Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from Winona State University, earned between 1999 and 2006.
