Ankur Patel

Ankur Patel is an accomplished data analytics and engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Analytics and Data Engineering at Employbridge since January 2023, Ankur leads a centralized organization of 25, providing critical data support across multiple functions including operations, finance, and sales. Previous roles include Principal Business Intelligence Engineer at Bluecrew, where Ankur modernized data infrastructures and led analytics teams, and multiple positions at Amazon Web Services and Amazon focused on business intelligence and operational optimization. Ankur’s foundational experience began at Deloitte, providing consulting services on workforce analytics and strategy. Ankur holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Biology from Penn State University.
