Cornelia Mallory

Cornelia Mallory has extensive work experience in the legal field. Cornelia is currently working at EmployBridge as the Senior Counsel and Director of Contracts since July 2022. Previously, they worked at Smart Circle International as the Assistant General Counsel from July 2016 to June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at RGP as a Legal Consultant from June 2013 to July 2016. Cornelia also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Ana College from June 2006 to December 2015. Cornelia'scareer started at Brookfield Residential Property Services (formerly Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services) where they worked as an Associate General Counsel from February 1998 to March 2013. During their time at Brookfield, they successfully drafted and negotiated commercial contracts with domestic and international clients, supervised contract specialists, and provided legal advice and counsel to senior executives.

Cornelia Mallory attended Tulane University School of Law from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a JD degree with a focus on Law. Prior to that, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1990 to 1993 and earned a BA degree in History.
