Melanie Monroe

Melanie Monroe, the Division President at Employbridge since 1997, leads high performing teams to support strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and go-to-market delivery. Melanie is also responsible for full P & L management of Employbridge's Southeast region, including Tennessee, Kentucky, Northern Kentucky, Indiana, and Cincinnati, Ohio area offices. Previously, Melanie worked as an Area Department Manager at Parisian from September 1995 to October 1999, leading multiple departments. Melanie holds a B.S. in Marketing from TTU- College of Business Administration.
