Sara Swart

Sara Swart has a diverse range of experience in various leadership roles. Sara worked at Employbridge starting in 2023 as the VP of Revenue Operations & Analytics. Prior to that, they were at Monster from 2016 to 2023, where they held positions such as VP of Data and Division CFO/COO. Sara also served as the Leader of FP&A North America and Global Insights at Monster after it was acquired by Randstad. Before joining Monster, Sara worked at Randstad Canada as the Director of Business Control from 2015 to 2017. Sara also had experience at Randstad from 2010 to 2015, where they held roles including Sr Business Analyst, Group Business Control, Strategy & M&A, and Group Controller. Additionally, Sara has experience as the Founder/Owner of Eos Analytics LLC, a boutique consultancy, and as an Analyst at Roark Capital. Sara started their career with a one-year internship at UBS Financial Services.

Sara Swart's education history includes obtaining a BBA and BS degree in Finance and German from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2004 to 2008. In 2005, they also participated in a study abroad program at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, focusing on German. Additionally, they completed their International Baccalaureate at NHS from 2000 to 2004. In terms of certifications, they are certified as a Data Strategist by the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist by Scaled Agile, Inc.
