Shane Baker

Shane Baker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in personnel management, research administration, and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Staff Performance Manager at EmployBridge since September 2020, Shane develops recruiting strategies, conducts candidate evaluations, manages payroll, and oversees worker’s compensation claims. Previously, Shane worked as a Research Laboratory Manager at Eastern Kentucky University, where responsibilities included recruiting and training personnel, data management, and acting as a Teaching Assistant. Shane’s early career included roles as Personnel Manager at Indiana University Southeast and Manufacturing Associate at Freudenberg Medical. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Indiana University Southeast.
