Previously, Whitney held the same title at Aaron's, Inc. from February 2021 to June 2023, and spent over two decades at RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. in various human resources roles, culminating as Vice President, Human Resources. Whitney's expertise encompasses talent management, employee relations, and total rewards. Educated at Georgia State University College of Law, earning a Juris Doctor in 2020, and The University of Georgia, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2000, Whitney combines legal knowledge with a robust HR background.
