Jeff Jefferson

Jeff Jefferson has a long and varied work experience, starting with the US Army in 1994, where they served as a Private First Class (31F-P). After their service, they played professional basketball for St. Mary's Basketball in 1997. In 1998, they joined Apex Systems, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter and was promoted to Account Manager and then Branch Manager. In 2003, they moved to Capital TechSearch, Inc. as Vice President of IT Services. In 2009, they became a Partner at Easy Software Solutions, LLC, where they helped create timeshEASY. In 2013, they joined Bullhorn as Director of Back Office Solutions and founded EASY Software. In 2014, they became Co-Founder & CEO of Employdrive, a provider of Payroll, HR, and Benefits Administration Software and Services for Staffing.

Jeff Jefferson began their educational journey at Woodbridge High School, where they graduated in 1991. Jeff then attended Wilmington University, studying Business Administration and Management, General from 1991 to 1993. In 1995, they enrolled at the University of Richmond, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications in 1997.
